Hey 7th and 8th graders, are you looking to promote school spirit and make a change for the better in our school and community? Then T.O.P.S. is the club for you. An interest meeting will be held this Thursday morning at 7:45 am in the Library Media Center.
Geography Club starts on Monday, October 9! Club members earn badges for showing their geography skills and participate in a bee. If interested, please email Mrs. Jefopoulos by Friday, October 6.
Your new student ID cards have arrived and will be distributed by your homeroom teachers this week. It is important that you keep this card with you when at school. Student ID's are often required to attend special events at HMS and the High School. The barcode on your ID should be used for checking materials out of the library as well as for making purchases at lunch in the cafeteria. Remind parents to put money on your Mealtime account online or by dropping off a check to the office or directly to the lunch service staff in the cafeteria. You can then charge purchases to your account using your student ID. It's quick & easy.
