The HMS Debate Club will hold its first meeting Wednesday, September 22nd from 3:15 to 4:15 in the library media center. Seventh and eighth graders are invited. If you are interested, please see Ms. Rubin in D26 for a permission form. The number of people who will be accepted will be reduced this year due to social distancing. No emails will be accepted. You are cordially invited to join the HMS Shakespeare Society. We are looking for brave, quirky souls to be a part of our family, and there is no audition process. We will perform and learn about Shakespeare in fun and fresh ways, and we will welcome fourth graders from throughout the district during our "Bard in the Boro" and "symPOEsium" festivals. Simply complete the interest form that was emailed to you last week, or see Mrs. Simons in room B9.
This week, during periods 5 and 6 where two teams have lunch at the same time, Teams 7E, 7/8C, and 7D will have lunch in the cafeteria. Teams 7A, 8B and 7B will return to their homerooms to eat lunch.
Attention 8th Graders! Are you interested in programming a robot and working to help the community? Come try out for HMS Robotics! If you’re interested, use the Google Classroom code icnoind, all lower case letters, to join the HMS Robotics google classroom to find out what it’s all about as well as the requirements and deadlines for the team.
