Live Drug Free

Red Ribbon will be celebrated in Hillsborough

October 23rd – October 27th!

The Red Ribbon Campaign was started when drug traffickers in Mexico City murdered DEA agent Kiki Camarena in 1985.  This began the continuing tradition of displaying Red Ribbons as a symbol of intolerance towards the use of drugs.  The mission of the Red Ribbon Campaign is to present a unified and visible commitment towards the creation of a Drug-Free America.  This year’s theme is:

“BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. LIVE DRUG FREE.”

Communicating with your children is so important at this age.  Having calm, open conversation about difficult subjects BEFORE your child is facing pressure lets them know they can come to YOU when they need help.
