Well every last piece of extra Halloween candy has been weighed and thanks to all homerooms who participated in TOPS's second annual Treats for Troops Contest. The winning homeroom with a total of just over 43 pounds of donated candy is.....C5, Mr. Quimby's Homeroom! Way to go, pizza is coming your way.
