October 29, 2018
The Red Ribbon Week canned food drive for SHIP will continue until this Friday. Each homeroom has a collection bag and the homeroom with the most items will win prizes.
Today's winners of the R U AWARE trivia contest are:
Mutindi Maluki, Anthony Mesita, Sophie Tran, Haley Ringe, Akhila Gulapalyam
Please report to the guidance office to pick up your prize!
These students know that when you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which reduce your perception of pain and trigger a positive feeling in the body. People who run often refer to this as a "runner's high," but anyone can experience this kind of "natural high" by getting the heart rate up, whether by walking, biking, dancing, playing a sport, or any other physical activity.
Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who participated in this year's R U AWARE trivia contest! Homeroom teachers - have your spirit ambassador return the trivia envelope to either office.
Attention PRIDE & AWARE members attending today's trip: report to the guidance office at the end of period 2. Leave your backpack in your locker. Do not wait for an announcement.

Any student who purchased a dance ticket for last week's dance, please report to Room B14, either after morning announcements or your lunch period today for your refund.
